GIFT CARDS: Gift cards have a one year expiration date. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash back. No refunds will be given on gift cards or gift certificates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As part of my commitment to providing the best possible experience, I kindly ask you to review my policies before your upcoming appointment. These policies help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients. POLICIES: Please take the time to read over the policies before booking an appointment as no exceptions will be made. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. DEPOSITS: Appointment Deposits or a valid card on file are REQUIRED for all new clients. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! If a deposit is paid through an invoice this will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment. A deposit will NOT be refunded even if appointment is cancelled before 24hrs prior to appointment. PLEASE BE ADVICED THAT A DEPOSIT IS ONLY VALID FOR ONE RESCHEDULE WITHIN THE RESCHEDULING WINDOW If you are unsure on what service to book please contact me and feel free to send me pictures for your desired look. RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION & LATE POLICIES: •LATE POLICY : Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes. Please communicate with me if you're running late to avoid your appointment being cancelled. There is no guarantee that after 15 minutes and communication is made that I will be able to keep your appointment as guest are usually booked back to back. You will be informed at the time of communication. If no contact is made your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the total service. Scheduling a new appointment will require a new deposit. •CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING: Any cancellations/rescheduling made WITHIN the 24 HOURS prior to the scheduled appointment will not be charged. While deposits are non-refundable, they may be used to reschedule your appointment if done more than 24 hours in advance. This will only be allowed once. You can cancel or reschedule any appointment by contacting me or through my scheduling app on your own before 24 hours. CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING: Any cancellations/rescheduling made AFTER the 24 hours window leading up to your appointment will be charged 100 % of the total service. ***Please understand that it is difficult to fill an appointment slot within 24 hours. Cancelling or rescheduling that soon results in a loss in potential business that could have been used for someone else. Rescheduling an appointment last minute will require a new nonrefundable deposit. •NO CALL/NO SHOWS: No call and no shows WILL be charged 100% of the scheduled service after 15 minutes of the appointment. Future appointment will not be booked without paying for the service in full in advance. •SERVICE REFUNDS: I do not give out refunds for any reason. If you have any concerns, please reach out to me within the first week of the appointment so we can find a solution. Re-dos/adjustment will have to be done within the first two week after notifying me the first week after the appointment. •RETAIL REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: I do not give any refunds nor exchanges on any retail products or appliances. •GUEST: Please do not bring any guests to your appointment. Take this time to pamper yourself & relax! •EARLY ARRIVALS: Please DO NOT show up early to your appointment! If you are early, feel free to send me a text and I will let you know if I’m ready for you. Otherwise, please wait in your car until your appointment. *** Please note that I DO NOT take responsibility for any failure to read these policies.
